Placing Orders

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CassBeth purchase within the first thirty (30) days, you may return it for a full refund, or an immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must email our CassBeth within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Returns

  • CassBeth will offer a refund or replacement on computer hardware, electronics, office supplies and unopened software. Defective or opened software may be returned for a same- item exchange only.

  • All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

  • In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

  • Starting January 2000, CassBeth will charge a 15% restocking fee at its descression, for items sold by CassBeth. All returns from vendors listed on CassBeth, such as, will be subjected to their return policies.

  • All items being returned must be received by CassBeth within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.
