Facility Name and Location: Tacos el Tio

Comments: There are 3 large 8 ft ceiling fans distributing the air. There are ceiling level HVAC tubes: 1 Tube A with 3 small vents, 3 Tubes B with 3 large vents, 3 Tubes C with 1 small vent. The vents in the tubes are 3 x 36 for the small tubes and 8 x 36 for the large tubes. The room size is estimated to be 4*16 ft long X 3*10 ft wide X 20 ft ceiling based on windows. This is 38400 cubic feet. Each vent is estimated to be 100, 200, or 300 linear ft per min. The ACH = 5, 9.8, 14.7. The ceiling fans quickly dilute any contagions. Exhaust fans are in the kitchen.
