Comments: Visual assessment no instruments 40x30x10 ft 10 vents 3x8 400 FPM / vent open door natural ventilation 4 x 8 ft 300 FPM ocean breeze. Door is always open hvac runs to add cooling or heat when needed. Unclear how much ventilation is provided by massive cooking area but it is probably 20x4 feet. No fish odor ever.
