Comments: Main dining room. 40x32x8 ft low ceiling. 4 ceiling vents 24x24 assume 200 CFM which is conservative. Vent are large grills with 4 quadrants channeling air in 4 different directions. Customer observations. No instruments other than iPhone ceiling measurement. Room size based on counting 4 ft tables with 4 ft separations. The result is better than expected although it makes sense, this is a restaurant that serves fish and the air is fresh. The low ceilings really help the ventilation rate.
