| Installed room sanitizers Medify Air True HEPA H 13 Filters. Medify MA-15 330 SF small units run at level of 120 sq-ft, MA-25 500 SF. MA-15 most rooms. Installed Air Scrubbers xpower x-2480a 550 CFM. Drexel owns 60 buildings, leases 10 buildings. Leased building owners control ventilation systems. For the owned buildings 4-6 ACH. The old buildings with retrofitted HVAC systems have great ventilation exceeding new buildings assume 12+, however Philadelphia has issued new sustainability requirements and these buildings will need to reduce their ventilation levels. Assume some bio labs 12+ ACH.
